Before you begin setting up your account with Prepress India herein referred to as "we", "us", or "Prepress India"), please read the following Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Prepress India’s service ("Service"). If you ("you") agree to these Terms, and wish to use the Service, please click on the "Sign Up" button. This will constitute a binding agreement between you and Prepress India Your access to and uses of the Service are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. To decline acceptance, click the "Cancel" button. Note that any violation of these Terms may result in termination of our Service to you.

Prepress India reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Please refer to this site periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after Prepress India makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised Terms.

Copyright Notice

Prepress India is committed to protect photographers' copyrights and expects users of the Service to do the same. Each image submitter is required by US law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use any image before the image is uploaded or printed at Prepress India. At Prepress India’s discretion and in appropriate circumstances, Prepress India may terminate the accounts of users or prevent access to the Service by users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Refund & Return Policy

Prepress India returns the images to You via public web address (e.g., URL). Although Prepress India utilizes means to make Your edited image available only to You, there are inherent security limitations in a public web address which Prepress India cannot and will not rectify and for which Prepress India will not be liable. You are able to retrieve your edited images by downloading them from Prepress India’s website, and in addition Prepress India may permit retrieval through an FTP server, API or other mechanism. Prepress India offers different service pricing based on different requested delivery dates. Prepress India prioritizes its orders based on requested delivery dates and recognizes that Prepress India will have satisfied and returning customers if it meets the requested delivery dates. Prepress India will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Your image within the time frame requested, but Prepress India does not guarantee that an order will meet its requested delivery date. If on the actual date Prepress India returns Your edited images is in a different delivery tier from the price You paid (e.g., You paid for 24 hour service but Prepress India returned the image within 72 hours), You may contact Prepress India through your account page, detail the date ordered, the requested delivery date and the date actually delivered, and Prepress India will refund any difference as if You had requested the delivery date in which Prepress India actually delivered the edited image. In rare instances, particularly large orders may surpass Prepress India’s processing capacity for a requested delivery date, in which case Prepress India will contact You to determine how best to restructure Your order.

This Agreement shall be effective from the date You submit an image to Prepress India until the date the returned image is deemed accepted, provided that Prepress India may terminate this Agreement at any time and will return the fees paid by You for any image that Prepress India has not edited and Prepress India may or may not in Prepress India’s sole discretion return fees paid for edited images not yet deemed accepted. Sections 3-9 of these Terms of Services, and any other provisions by their very nature, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
